Tries to play but won't, makes a squeaking sound when you press play. I assume it's a belt issue, but I cannot verify that. The original power cord has been replaced (a replacement cord spliced onto the wires going into the deck). This happened before I purchased. Does not include any tape or take up reel although both are in the picture.
