Description

The Ferguson 3232 was a three-speed, quarter-track stereo recorder with a 7″ reel capacity and all-solid state circuitry. The heart of the 3232 was parent company Thorn’s very successful 1965 DC43 tape deck which had piano keys set to the right hand side of the deck and amplifier controls to the left.
The same DC43 deck was used on the mono version 3216.
The 3232 had a pair of 5″ x 3″ speakers set into the sides of the teak veneered cabinet and twin DIN microphone sockets above the keyboard.
