A mid-range auto-reverse (play AND record) deck from Sony with ROTO Bi-lateral heads (six-head functionality with the cost advantage of using only three). It featured electrical speed change (7½ and 3¾ ips), tape bias selector, push-button operation, built-in reel locks for vertical operation, 3-position mic attenuator, automatic shut-off and mixable mic/line inputs.
