Additional Details

Description

A professional  broadcast recorder with single-track erase and record heads and dual-track playback
head, thus playing both dual and single track tapes.  The performance was much the same as the 20/20 model.
Three motors were employed including a new improved hysteresis synchronous direct drive type giving a timing accuracy of better than 99.8%.
The preamplifier section contained a two-channel microphone and line mixer with a standard broadcast VU meter. A unique feature was the AB test fader which permitted the user to monitor
either the incoming signal from the microphone or line input, or a mixture of the two – or to monitor off the playback head after recording.

Additional Info

Rewind speed: 2,400 feet per minute / Inputs: 1 microphone 1 line per channel / dual or binaural
