Description

This was a small, clockwork-driven mono half-track recorder with a 4.2″ spool capacity and the unusual speed combination of 2½ & 3¾ ips.
Controls included tone & volume, push-button stop / start / play and rewind. Record level indication was via  a DM 71 valve, mounted above the push buttons and between the reels. There was no tape position indicator.
The case was finished in brown leatherette and the machine weighed a bit over 20lbs (9.5kg).
Price when new (in Germany) was 880 DM.
