Description

A quarter-track stereo Hi-Fi
recorder with independent record/playback controls and tone control.
Facilities included input mixing, sound-on-sound and multiplay, headphone
monitoring, auto stop, tape inching and a splicing channel.
A plated steel chassis and frame gave a strong, positive and accurate
mechanical alignment.
The recorder boasted a double-action safety clutch and tape pressure
band to prevent drop-outs.  The amplifier section hinged out for
easy servicing.
