Description

Manufactured by the Belgian company ACEC, (Ateliers de Constructions Electriques de Charleroi), the 1967 Lugavox 1184 was a quarter-track mono recorder with three speeds and a 7″ (18cm) spool capacity.
Hybrid circuitry was used, with three tubes – ECC82 ECC83 ECL86 – and a solid-state output and power supply.
Inputs were provided for radio, mic and two pick-ups. Outputs were provided for amplifier and external speaker.
