Description
An all temperature, all climate professional recorder from Switzerland, the Nagra II was a spring-motor driven, single speed (7½ ips) machine with battery-operated tube electronics. Battery life was approximately
30 hours.
Features included a volume indicator meter, small monitor speaker for playback, high-frequency stabilized, push-pull bias and erase circuits and a spring-tension panel meter to indicate wind-up status (one winding provided 5 minutes record/playback).
