Description
Identical to the Philips EL3527, this was a single speed, half-track mono recorder with a 5″ reel capacity.
The ST451 had an amplifier output of 2½ watts and a 4″ circular
speaker which could be used as a straight-through amplifier system.
A single speed of 3¾ ips was provided and reels of up to 5″ diameter could be accomodated.
The microphone, radio and pick-up inputs were mixable and outputs were
provided for external amplifier and external speaker
