Description
The 604 was a compact twin-track mono recorder with two speeds (3¾ & 1 7/8 ips) and a seven-inch spool capacity. Attractively styled in two-tone gray, the 604 featured a four-tube circuit (including an EM84 magic eye) with a 2.5 watt output. Wow and flutter was less than 0.3%.
Also available with built-in AM tuner, the 504 ‘Radiocord’. Price when new was 2,995 Austrian schillings.
