Description
The Model 3500X was an updated version of the model 3300X, with the addition of a pair of output level controls and a slightly altered design.
This was a deck-only with no audio output amplifiers or inbuilt speakers. The Crossfield head bias system was employed on this (as it was on all “X” series machines) and the recorder was biased for LH tape. Four heads in all were incorporated into the design with a single motor performing all transport functions.
