Description
This rather attractive and modern looking recorder was produced in 1972. It featured two speeds (7½ & 3¾ ips) and a 7″ reel capacity. A single VU meter served both channels. The perspex lid seemed to grace almost all of Telefunken’s tape recorders from the late 1960s onwards. As far as we know, this machine was not exported to the UK or the USA so we don’t have very much information to go on apart from the specifications below.
