Company description

Founded in 1968, the most successful band that they represented for a period of time was deep purple.

In 1968 they released John Lennon and Yoko Ono Unfinished Music No. 1: Two Virgins  that featured nude photos on the back cover.  Capitol records had refused to release the album and that’s when Tetragrammaton stepped in. the police raided their warehouse in New Jersey and seized 30,000 copies of the album that was held in evidence. It is speculated that this contributed to the demise of the label in 1970.
