In working in the Electronics business I have serviced Audio recorders, 1/2" to 1" Video Tape at a duplicator facility, put video products on Airplanes, then after a time in 1996 started in Radio as a contractor then becoming Chief Engineer for 4 Radio Stations in Chicago. In the time before radio I was a service Technician at Teac and Sony where I was a service manager in one shop. Many years have passed behind a soldering iron as you could imagine. If you have problems with Reel decks or Cassette decks, I work on them all the time but be warned that most time dual well cassette decks are not economical to repair and there are limited people doing this kind of work here in the States for some years now- this is why I get overloaded with units. I am happy to discuss with you the problems you have and have even helped some guys in far off lands fix their units without seeing them. One of then was in The Maldives.
