Most of the early Akai tape recorders were called Terecorder and so far we have found models 34, 902, 903 and Deluxe.

This Terecorder 34 appears to be half track and a guess would be, manufactured around 1960.

Akai did not have direct distribution in North America at this time but make note of the English manual.
