Description
In 1969 the model 1500 De Luxe was replaced by the Beocord 1800, which was a much
handier machine since it was equipped with a headphone amplifier and a three-input mixer (no power amplifier though).
It was virtually a ‘deck’ version of the 2000 de luxe from the operators point of view.
Available in either a half-track or four-track record/playback configuration, the half-track version had an extra four-track playback head to give the owner access to the by now popular 4-track pre-recorded tapes.
