Most likely from 1960s. My dad’s brothers and sisters would send tapes back and forth with the grands. All the conversations are in Ukrainian. There are no visible identification labels or manufacture name and serial number. It is made in Japan. Uses 4 ‘D’ cell batteries or ac cord. Volume and tone are incorporated into one knob. Two prong microphone. I believe the tape plays/records 3 3/4 IPS.
