Description
The TK 126 was a solid state, 2-track mono recorder with a single speed of 3¾ ips and a 5¾ inch reel capacity. It was the half-track counterpart to the quarter-track TK 146. A single motor and two heads were incorporated
into the design, other features included automatic recording level and auto-stop.
‘Trick’ recording allowed sound on sound and sound with sound could also be performed, using an external earphone and monitor amplifier.
