I originally owned this model in 1967. The sound quality and recording facilities were very good. However, it had to be repaired on several occasions. It also had a problem where the pick-up hub seemed to sit slightly below the casing, causing the reel to slow or stop. I bought the model in the picture about 10 years ago from e-bay. It required a great deal of cleaning and repair. However, the pick-up reel problem is present on this machine, too.
