Description
Hand-built to professional standards, the Veritone 16 utilised the Veritone ‘825’ three motor deck.
Up to 8¼ inch spools could be accommodated and the recorder was available with either 3¾ and 7½ ips or 7½ and 15 ips.
Special Ferodo wrap-around brake linings were designed to stop what was one of the fastest rewinds of its day.
Even the chromium plating was done by the same people who plated Rolls
Royce radiators!
