Delysé Envoy specialized in niche markets beginning with Welsh folk music and eventually classical and children’s stories, including Thomas the tank engine.

On the classical side, they  recorded previously unexplored classical repertoire and sacred music . Some of the more prominent artists that made the earliest recordings on Delysé, included John Williams, guitar, Janet Baker and Welsh baritone Geraint Evans.
