I imagine that The Beatles would have probably recorded their first studio demo tapes on these machines at the EMI studios way back back in 1962.

The TR 90 can be presented in any of three basic configurations –

Rack mounted
Console
Transportable

The transportable version is in two basic sections, the transport unit and amplifier unit. There are many variations to the basic model, such as half track, full track, dual track or stereophonic.
