Based on the same mechanical system as the TK 400, the TK 200U was a half-track mono recorder with two speeds (3¾ and 7½ ips) and a spool capacity of up to 7″ in size.
Features included a variable-speed wind/rewind lever, tone control (playback only), high impedance output and a magic eye record level indicator
