Description

A low-priced, versatile
tape recorder which could record and play half-track mono but with the
addition of another amplifier and speaker, quarter-track stereo playback
was attainable.
A six watt internal amplifier and two-way speaker system provided a fairly
‘large’ sound.
Two tape speeds were provided, 7½ ips & 3¾ ips with a
frequency response of 50 – 10kHz at the faster speed.
Operation was via two levers, the first providing “Play -Idle-Record”
modes and the second for fast forward & rewind.
Record level monitoring was provided by a single neon lamp.
