Description

This was a four-track stereo recorder with two speeds: 7½ ips and 3¾ ips.
A single motor provided the action for all functions and the unit had two heads, an erase and combined record/play. The unit was fully transistorised and had two 4″ x 6″ PM speakers, separate volume and tone controls for each channel and a digital index counter.
Other features included two VU meters, sound on sound and auto shut-off. The recorder could be operated vertically or horizontally.
