Description

This
rather “imposing” machine possibly represented the pinnacle
of National’s (Panasonic in the USA) development of the pre “Technics’
reel to reel tape recorder.
A four-track stereo machine it boasted three
motors, four laminated heads, full auto-reverse and a fully solid state
construction with 36 transistors and 12 diodes.
The large, self-powered MFB speakers pumped
out a total of 40 watts.
