Description
A compact, low-cost quarter-track stereo tape recorder with three speeds, all-silicon transistor circuitry and twin hi-fi speakers integrated into the lid.
Other features included public address facility, dual VU meters, sound-on-sound recording, automatic tape lifters, automatic shut-off, single knob operation and either vertical or horizontal operation. Accessories supplied with the recorder were two F-25 microphones, two rubber reel caps, connecting cord, head-cleaning ribbon, Sony demonstration tape, empty reel and spare motor pulley (for alternative power cycle).Also available in wood veneer cabinet (Model TC-252W) – pictured.
