Standard A3300 chassis part of the Teac Master Recorder series.

I was able to purchase this R2R for below market value in about 2003 due to it not recording on one channel.  Turns out is had a short to the chassis.  Probably due to the the ship riding over waves and a card settling due to continual motion.  See Review comments.

Reviews

Teac reliability, in a compact 10-1/2" NAB reel, 2-track, 15ips. record/playback machine. Easy access to NOS and re-pro parts. Sound quality is as good or better than the A3300SX 4-track. Mine came from a ships captain who used it in his stateroom for playback only. Needless to say it had very little use and heads look brand-new.
