Description

The
Hornyphon Diola-Automatic-Super WM9121A was a quarter-track mono recorder with hybrid circuitry( ECL82 and EM87 tubes plus seven semiconductors).
It featured two-speeds, a 7″ spool capacity, 2.5 watt output, internal speaker and automatic (with manual over-ride) recording level.
Like all Hornyphon recorders it was based on a Philips machine (not sure which one) and built under license by Hornyphon for the Austrian market.
