Description
The “C” series
first appeared in 1962. This CBL version was a half-track stereo
machine with three motors and three heads.
It could record mixed inputs from gram, radio or other sources and from
high grade, low impedance, balanced line microphones. Vortexion claimed
that with good microphones, etc., the result was suitable as a master
for disc manufacturers.
