Description

The Sound 555 was a half-track mono, three-speed 7″ reel capacity recorder with reversible recording and playback. As with almost all Sound recorders of the 1950s, the Collaro Mk IV deck was used.
The four-watt internal amplifier drove three matched internal speakers,
an external speaker jack was also provided.
Bass and treble controls were provided for playback.
