Description

From the collection of Stuart
Blacklock who bought this recorder from a shop called “Torbay Electronics”
in Devon (England) for £30. This machine came from ( as far as can
now be traced) a small recording studio set up in Newton Abbot (Devon)
in the mid 60’s.
After the studio closed down, the recorder was kept by one of the engineers.
Some time later (october 1998) the owner re-discovered it and decided
to sell it.   The recorder was only in the shop for half a day, not
even up for sale when Stuart saw it tucked away in the corner and offered
the gentleman £30 on the spot.
